Who operates Wonderkin
Wonderkin is operated by Ronald Allan Rivera, sole proprietor, trading as “Wonderkin”, based in the Philippines. You can reach us any time at [email protected].
Who may use Wonderkin
Wonderkin is operated by an adult parent or guardian on a child's behalf. Children do not create accounts and never sign in themselves. By creating an account you confirm you are the child's parent or guardian and consent to our processing of the data described in our Privacy Policy.
Your account and access
Keep your login details and your kid-mode PIN to yourself; you are responsible for activity on your account. If you forget your password, request a reset link from the login page — we will only ever email it to the address on the account, and we can neither see nor set your password. We may ask you to confirm your identity before helping with account changes.
Acceptable use
Use Wonderkin for its intended purpose — a child's learning companion. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass safety features, or use it in violation of applicable law.
Subscriptions & billing
A free trial and a paid (Family) plan are available. The trial requires no payment card. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record and appears on your statement. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for refunds.
Safety, not a substitute for supervision
We work hard to keep responses age-appropriate and to flag safety concerns, but no automated system is perfect. Wonderkin does not replace parental supervision and is not a source of medical, legal, or emergency advice.
Cancellation & deletion
You can cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account permanently removes your and your children's data.
